Spine & Kettle lists book clubs; the clubs themselves are run by their hosts, not by us. Using the site means you're okay with the following, written in the plainest words we could manage.

For readers

• Clubs are independent. We introduce; hosts decide who joins, and meetings happen at their venues, on their terms, at your own judgement.
• We do our best to keep listings accurate and fresh (clubs quiet for 90 days are archived), but details can change, so confirm with the host before crossing town.

For hosts

• List only a real club you actually run, with accurate details and photos you have the right to use (and the okay of the people in them).
• Your magic edit link is your key, so keep it private. Anyone holding it can edit your club.
• Be the host your vibe line promises. Listings that are misleading, discriminatory, or commercial in disguise get taken off the shelf.

For everyone

• No harassment, no spam, no scraping the site, no using it for anything unlawful.
• See something wrong? Every club page will carry a "report this club" link, or write to hello@spineandkettle.com.
• The site is provided as-is, free, with love but without warranties. We may update these terms; the date above always tells you when.
