We started in 2024 when three colleagues realised they were all secretly reading the same novel. Now we're a dozen-ish regulars who take literary fiction seriously and ourselves much less so.
A typical evening: tea first, twenty minutes of life catch-up, then two hours on the book. You don't have to talk. Some of our best members listened for a month before saying a word, and honestly, we still quote the first thing one of them said.
